Pauline Maurus’ practice focuses on Energy Law, as well as Public Business Law. She advises and litigates with public and private actors at all stages of their projects.
She assists the firm’s clients in the contractual and structural set-up of their energy operations, such as heating networks, renewable energies, energy savings certificates, self-consumption, energy performance contracts, and PPAs.
She also advises them on public contracts and public companies, both on regulatory and strategic aspects.
