Raphaëlle Jeannel has been a lawyer since 2012 and holds a certificate of specialisation in environmental law.

She advises large French and foreign groups and smaller companies, as well as public authorities and associations in this field.

She advises on industrial environment, water and waste issues, polluted sites and soils, and biodiversity in cases that are often high-stakes.

She advises the firm’s clients on regulatory aspects as well as in the context of litigation before the administrative or judicial courts. She also regularly advises on the environmental aspects of real estate transactions and development projects.

Raphaëlle Jeannel is the author of several articles on environmental law and provides training on this topic.
